Amerijet, featured as the main focus of last week’s alert, are part of the
HIG Group portfolio of companies. This means that HIG have invested in a
large percentage of that organisation and have a lot of sway when it comes
to making decisions, including that to end the transport of primates for
vivisection. It is so much so that even if the management of Amerijet
wished to continue involvement in the primate trade, HIG could order them
to cease flying monkeys for vivisection.

The companies below are also members of the HIG Group, and in order to
stop Amerijet and influence HIG we need to win over their support. Most ot
them will be unaware of what H.I.G. Amerijet are involved in. Please
politely contact them and ask that they place internal pressure on HIG and
back the campaign to end their sister company’s involvement in the primate
trade.

laboratories across the globe.

Amerijet are heavily involved in the primate trade and work alongside some
of the most sickening companies, who have been exposed for animal cruelty
and abuse. The owner of one of these has been sent to prison for being
involved in an animal smuggling ring, however is still trading monkeys for
use in experiments. Primates have recently been documented mauling each
other onboard a flight for another company Amerijet deal with.

We ask that as a member of the HIG Group, and sister company of Amerijet,
you help place internal pressure on the companies and back the global
campaign to end their involvement in the primate trade.
